	應徵部門：Software & Professional Product Group 應徵職稱：Senior Business Development Manager 符合條件： Responsibilities: •Develop new business relationship & new products in packaged software. •Able to craft out the business plan to attaining product’s sales targets, developing and applying sales strategies to meet the assigned product quotas. •Supervise the execution of promotion and marketing strategies to drive product sales revenue and increase product market share. •Conduct periodic business review, conclude and execute immediate corrective action plan if required. •Observing market trends and competitor promotions and recommending appropriate counter plans to management and product vendors. •Liaise and manage vendor relationship. •Liaise with marketing department on the marketing activities, events, promotion, road show and etc. •Managing Business Unit bottom line. Requirements: •Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent. •Candidate must possess min. 5 ~ 7 years hand-on product experience in packaged software distribution business. •Experience in managing and guiding the team. •Good understanding in Education, Private and Public Sector businesses. •Good understanding in software business demand generation activities. •Good communication and interpersonal skills will be advantage. •Aggressive, independent, energetic, tactful, committed and result oriented. •Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese •Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status. •Preferably managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development orequivalent.
